This multi-functional Pannier Bag combines a backpack and two shoulder bags.  The three bags are integrated as a whole or can be used separately after disassembly. 

Waterproof

The Pannier Bag is made of 1000D polyester material with a waterproof PVC layer on both sides in case of light rain. When it rains heavily, use the complimentary rainproof cover without worries.
